There was confusion. I was in a bind and you guys bailed me out big time. I arrived in San Antonio with my associates and our arranged transportation did not show.

I was concerned that I would have to split my group into two or three cabs. Fortunately, I called your company and Charlotte was most understanding.

I know it was last minute but our driver was quick to arrive and knew exactly where he was going.
